Hello,
I frequently receive log warnings from ArcGIS server when my end users access a specific resource. The warning in the server log has a code of 10837 and a text "Geodatabase error: DBMS does NOT support this function. DBMS does NOT support this function." I've visited this page (https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/administer/linux/map-service-log-codes.htm) for some information but it offers very little. This error doesn't seem to affect my end users using this resource (at least as far as they've reported), so I'm not sure what is actually causing it. There are always 7 warnings, all with the same code but different ArcSOC Processes (that is what the "Process column is referring to, I believe?) and different CPU threads. I've tried interacting with the resource in question to trigger the warning myself (and thus see my own username in the user column, but I can't seem to do it. Is there any place in any server log where I could get more details on what this particular QueryStatistics error is actually telling me?
Do you have the latest Patches installed? The Error sounds similar to the issue described here:
"A map service query layer fails to query statistics if the data is not registered with the geodatabase and sdo geometry is the storage type." https://support.esri.com/en-us/bug/the-map-service-outstat-fails-for-the-sdo-geometry-stor-bug-00014...
Well we're on 10.8.1 so unfortunately that patch wont help me very much. We plan to upgrade to 11.1 after its release.
