Hello,

I am trying to create a collaboration between Portal 10.9.1 and Agol, but i am getting an error. I did a test adding an item to AGOL using a rest url hosted in my portal and i am getting an error. I think this must be a communication error, something blocking in firewall. I know that a URL exist to identify if communication is Ok between Portal and AGOL, it was something like https://enterprise.domain.com/portal/json someghing then at the end arcgis.com and i put that url in a browser and it gives a success or fail communication, does anyone know the URL?

thanks,

What is the specific error message?

Do you have any other collaboration configured with that same ArcGIS Enterprise deployment?

Here is the doc from 11.1: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/11.1/administer/windows/set-up-an-arcgis-enterprise-and-arcg...

And some FAQs at 11.1: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/11.1/administer/windows/common-questions-for-distributed-col...

Hello @George_Thompson No, i just have 1 collaboration between Enterprise and our own agol. I did a test adding an item from a portal rest service but i cannot, i get an error adding layer, that is the error. I think that there is something regarding firewall or something that is why i am looking for that URL. Several years ago, Tech support send me a url with portal url, and other latters, https://gis.aee.pr.gov/portal/json&healthchekarcgis.com or something like that, what i remember is that this url check connectivity between portal on premise and agol, something like portal or server health check url, do you know something about this?
