Change visibile of field in feature service

I have a feature layer published to the portal server. I want to change the visible of certain in the feature layer service so that user won't see all the features in the service. Where I can edit those??

I have not used Portal in quite some time. But if I remember correctly, you do that in ArcMap before you publish it. Go to the layer Properties tab, and create a definition query under the Definition Query tab.

I am a little confused about what you are asking. In my first reply I assumed you wanted to turn off visibility for some features. But looking at your title it seems you just want to turn off some fields so they are not visible. If that is the case, go to the Layer Properties for that layer in ArcMap, then go to the Fields tab and uncheck any fields you do not want to be visible. Save and republish your map.
