Can you keep the last edited date and user the same in the feature class as in the input datasets in SDE after an Append function?

Hi everyone, I am trying to use Append tool to append a feature class that has a related table (one to many relationship). It is an Enterprise geodatabase (SDE 10.8). Feature has a column "Last edited date" and Last edited user". After the Append I want it to be same as in Input dataset. However, it is now updated with todays' date and my account. I am trying to recover all the info from the Input dataset  and hence these two fields are important. How can I make it work to load every field the same way as it is. It is an Enterprise Database system. Any recommendation is highly appreciated.

I think you could disable edit tracking while you run your append.

Thank you for your response @Dan_Brumm . Yes I followed the link  https://support.esri.com/en-us/knowledge-base/preserve-editor-tracking-information-when-appending-da... and it resolved the issue. I forgot to update the post. But thank you very much!
