BIM models to ArcGIS

Question

Good Evening,

Working in a construction company which works with BIM models. These models size range is from 0,5gb to 2gb. We want to use GIS for Facility Management. GIS and 3d web apps cant handle those sizes. Are there any suggestions ? or we should proceed with other software?

Also, these are some questions to get you starting thinking on the goals.

Are you planning to use AGOL or Enterprise. If you are planning to use enterprise which version, are you going to use?

How many digital models are you going to load?

Is your digital model data set up so it can link to other system (unique identifier)

Is the digital model final version or are you planning to update?
