AutomationException unspecified error 0x80004005

I got this error when I was trying to read CSV file and transferred to ITable class, using the ArcObject Java library. I can print csv fields and rowCount, but I can not print getRow(i), the error show up when I using getRow()function. I need your help guys, thanks.
