Are there any good demos or literature available for the ArcGIS Workflow Manager for Server extension?

I am looking into the ArcGIS Workflow Manager for Server extension, but I can't seem to find a lot of good info about it.  Are there good demos or literature available for this extension?

Unfortunately, the only entry that address the actual Server extension is an instructor led class.  Right now I am looking for any data on this server extension that won't cost me +-$1500.
