ArcGIS Server 10.7.1: What are the capabilities and limitation of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and ESRI Managed Cloud Services?

I couldn’t find out a matrix that relates the technical platform (Amazon Web Services (AWS), ESRI Managed Cloud Services, ArcGIS Online, etc.) with their capabilities (Geoevent, Geoanalytics, ArcGIS Data Store, etc)

I could get such matrix for capabilities, service type, and extensions versus licensing level. But what I’m looking for here is to get a matrix that relates licensing level with the hosting media (Amazon Web Services (AWS), ESRI Managed Cloud Services, ArcGIS Online, etc.)
