ArcGIS Monitor Excel sheet extension error

Hello,

I have deployed the ArcGIS Monitor for monitoring the ArcGIS Enterprise setup.

While adding an excel sheet extension in ArcGIS monitor collection I am encountering an error. I am encountering the error specifically when I am changing the email settings. In the config file, an attribute "emailWhen" is given which takes four values i.e "always", "never", "red" and "yellow".

When I am setting that value to never it passes the test. But whenever I am setting that value to always, red and yellow it fails with the below message 

Additionally, when the test passed with "email when set to never" it didn't generate the excel report on the provided path in the config file. The report path looks like this
