ArcGIS for Server 10.3 rounds extent of wkid 4326 when publishing

Hi all,

I've been having some problems when publishing my services with ArcGIS for Server 10.3. It seems that the publishing process rounds the extent of the layer  I'm publishing. It only happens with the Spatial Reference 4326. It causes that when I use the tool "Zoom To" it takes me to another place or just nowhere. Please I would appreciate your help if there's some extra configuration I must do or its a bug of 10.3 ArcGIS version because it didn't happen when with 10.2.2 version.
