ArcGIS Enterprise, Server, Portal, and ISS using Let's Encrypt SSL Certificate

I have an ArcGIS Portal installed. Our IT Dept is using Let's Encrpt for our domain certs.

Is it possible to use Let's Encrypt certificates, without having to reinstall every 30 or 90 days?
