ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 Collaboration not Working

Hello GIS Friends,
I have ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 installed, but I'm experiencing issues with the collaboration between the Portal and the Org. When I create a Collaboration Workspace in the Org, it does not appear in the Portal.
Also, the automatic sync from an existing workspace is not functioning correctly—I have to manually sync for features to come through.
Upon investigation, I noticed that the Org Collaborations page under settings shows ArcGIS Enterprise Version 11.3.0, even though I have ArcGIS Enterprise Version 11.4 installed.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
