ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 Issues Addressed List

Hi - for the Issues address list link coming from the latest 'What's new in ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 at:

https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/get-started/latest/windows/what-s-new-in-arcgis-enterprise.htm

the 11.3 Issues Addressed List still brings up the 11.2 Issues Addressed List.  Can anyone fix?
