In preparation for our upgrade to 11.5, I am attempting to manually run a backup of our relational datastore for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3. I run the command:
$ datastore/tools/backupdatastore.sh --store relational --prompt yes
I am prompted:
You are attempting to back up the data store. This process could take a long time, depending on the size of your data. Please do not interrupt the process once it has started.
Do you want to continue (Yes or No)?
I answer yes and press Enter. However, when the utility continues, I get the following error:
Error encountered: Machine '<datastore URL>:2443/arcgis/datastoreadmin' returned an error. 'Cannot invoke "com.esri.arcgis.datastore.model.rabbitmq.QueueStoreConfiguration.toString()" because "input" is null'
I am following the guidance provided in Manage ArcGIS Data Store Backups for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 on Linux.
I have validated the Data Store in Server Manager and everything seems to be running fine in feature services sourcing from this Data Store.
Changing the --prompt value to no has the same outcome
Has anyone else run into this issue or have any suggestions on how to move past this error?

Hi @rmcooper_wcpss,
Are you able to validate your Data store from the admin interface? Any errors?
