One of our users is having a problem with the local search coming up blank.
Doing a quick searching of GeoNet I found a few references to editing the register and reset Internet Explorer settings. Unfortunately these options seem to be assuming that ArcGIS is installed locally,
Does anyone know what might be the issue or what settings can be changed to make it work in a citrix environment.

Dean,Sorry to here your in a Citrix environment i have it too and it is riddled with work arounds but i am able to do a search see below
Thanks Wes, I am guessing it must be a local user setting that is
interfering with the search display as it is only happening to one
particular user.
I talked about with one of the IT guys earlier he seems to think it may be something with that individuals profile
Yes I think you are correct as when the users profile was reset previously the problem disappeared but has now come back.
