Arc GIS server fails to start on MS Server 2016 Deployment with Error code 1067

What is the version of Server that is installed?

Are there other ArcGIS components on the same machine?

If so, what is also installed and do those services start correctly?

I tried 10.5 first and it failed giving the same reason. After that uninstalled that and tried with 10.7 and have same error. Now i tried 10.8.1 and getting same error. It fails to start service and fails to create arc gis server manager in 10.7.1 and 10.8.1. I installed Arc GIS GeoEvent server 10.8 which started successfully.

I would recommend sticking with a specific version for testing, did you make sure you have the min. patches required for the O/S: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/system-requirements/10.8/windows/arcgis-server-system-requirements....

Was the software installed with local or service account?

Did you install as admin?

It may be best to open a case with technical support to work with an analyst on this.
