Hi, we have a particular workflow where all users are present with a empty feature layer (with all the symbology pre-configured). However these feature layers need to be time enabled for the time slider widget to work.
This requires the user to go to the layer and enable time AFTER there are data and then refreshing the webapp.
Is it possible to enable time on empty feature layer?
