Work plan for upgrading ArcGIS Enterprise HA from 10.9.1 to 11.1

Hello, 

 We are planning to upgrade HA ArcGIS enterprise from version 10.9.1 to 11.1 on windows environment:-

 the Enterprise consists of :-

•   2 Portal Machines
•   2 webadaptors
•   2 ArcGIS Server machine for a site
•   2 image server machine for  a site
•   2 Relational datastore.

Any suggestios for documents/ blogs /session for upgrading HA environment

Including the points which are mentioned by @George_Thompson I would also recommend going through

"How To Upgrade to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.x".

This is highly detailed and covers mostly all considerations to be made for ArcGIS Enterprise 11.1
