When I assign named users with usertype 'Viewer' role 'Viewer', why do they get a 'Content' tab in Portal? This type of user can't create content, etc. so what is the point of it? Does it have other uses?
It makes training people harder because they see this tab and start asking questions in why they can't save a webmap, etc.
I'm just wondering if this is by design or a bug?
