I have a large amount of yearly data; more than 30,000 years of data and i want to visualize it in a map as a feature service or as a image service but it should be time aware. I am not sure if such large set of time data can be handled by ESRI products as i read here that the maximum range is around 100 years: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/time/convert-string-or-numeric-time-values-int...

What is the best solution for visualizing such datasets within ESRI suite?

If you're working in ArcGIS Pro, then take a look at Animate through a range. This enables you to get around the limitations you found with a date type field, and instead use any integer, long, float, or double type field to represent time (Set the range properties on a layer.)

If you're working in ArcGIS Online/Enterprise, then take a look at the Slider Instant App. It also supports the use of fields other than date type to support animating your layer.
