Want table of addresses within a boundry I draw/Sketch, Public Outreach

Hello, 

I have a project I will be working on to create a mailing list to provide notice to property owners about some upcoming work in their area and to provide them a survey. 

I have a feature layer that has all my addressing information. I would like to draw a polygon around all the addresses I would like to use and be able to export to a table for creating the address labels. I am having trouble selecting and formatting the correct tools to produce the desired effect.

If you can add a custom widget there is a mailing label one here.

Just one more idea, if a Javascript Map is an option: adding an Export function to the Sketch and Select sample would be another approach.
