The top navigation menu bar in portal is missing. I'm on 11.2 (fully patched) and it was working fine. Then it just stopped displaying. I've cleared the cache and tried on Chrome and Edge. When accessed from a browser on the server the navigation menu bar displays fine.

Thank you. It's working now. I had installed the patch, however, I didn't wait long enough before clearing my cache and retrying.
This is a known issue with the latest builds of Chrome, a deprecated feature used to display that bar was removed. There should be a hotfix patch available for your deployment.

Could be this issue. There is a patch to install.

Has anyone had this issue even after the patch was applied? I applied the patch back in July, and just this morning my navigation menu disappeared.
Yes. We applied the April 2024 Security patch for 10.8.1 earlier as well . . .and just last week the menu header disappeared. We use Edge.
I am seeing this same issue in our 10.8.1 enterprise. The last time I logged in and was able to see the Navigation Bar was 10/18/2024.
Running into this same issue today. I believe we are on 11.3 for Enterprise
