Select point on more than one layer

Hi

I have a geodatabase that has three layers. I need to edit a point that is in the same position on all three of the layers. What I would like to do is to make a single selection and then move the point on all three layers at the same time so that there is no difference in it's position on each of the layers after the movement. Is this possible?

Add all layers to Table of contents -> start Edit session -> on the Editor toolbar choose Edit tool -> drag rectangle around a point of interest (a point from each layer should be selected) -> move selection to new location

Thanks for your reply. I have tried what you have suggested but that only selects a point from one layer and not the points from both layers

Make sure that both layers are selectable.
In ArcGIS10 you can check this way:
[ATTACH=CONFIG]14252[/ATTACH]
