Roadway label text symbols not maintaining in Map Viewer
Our organization has updated our Portal to Version 11.3 and I'm working on publishing REST services (Web Layers shared from Pro) to build maps for apps in Map Viewer. I'm having issues with maintaining my roadway labels within Map Viewer. In Pro, my project looks like the image below with major highways having text symbols:
My REST service maintains the label text symbols. Once I've added the layer URL into Map Viewer and simply zoom in and out and work within the map for a short period, my text symbols revert to the mess below:
I don't know if the way to correct this involves publishing from Pro differently or something within Map Viewer, but there's got to be a way to maintain a clean map. I used to be able to do this without any problems. Any help would be appreciated!
