Restore portal error

Hi,

I have reinstalled the ArcGIS portal due to some specific reasons. Before uninstalling i have created a backup of my portal using webgisdr utility. After reinstalling the gis portal i cannot restore the portal. While running the utility it throws an exception and ended the process.

Unzipping the backup file at C:\...\..

The back up file has been unzipped in hr:min: sec

starting the restore process wit the webgisdr utility

Exception : null

Stopping the webgisdr utility

Anyone please help me with this. My last  months work is gonna spoiled because of this.

This is due to a bug with the Web GIS DR tool that it requires a hosted server.  You can extract the portal backup, (the portalsite file), from the webgissite file using 7-Zip or another similar program and use Import Site through the Portaladmin API to restore your portal.
