Portal upgrade from 10.9 to 11.1 - Portal restart screen stuck
While upgrading the primary portal in a HA deployment from 10.9 to 11.1 I see the following message :
The screen is displaying this for over 45 minutes (and still like that). I would expect a login screen to appear (from previous upgrades of similar setup). The other thing noticed is that within the content folder there is a backup folder and the modified timestamp keep changing every minute, although there is no items /files updated in it. (..\portalforarcgis\content\arcgisportal\backup)
I have opened the portal home url (https://portalname:7443/arcgis/home) in a different browser and can see the message after login : post-upgrade operations required..
Within the portal log, the only entry which keeps adding is:
HA: Node vm-portal-xxxxx is configured to be master.
HA: Monitoring the standby nodes.
Is this normal?
