Portal For ArcGIS - Collector URL?

Hello,

We have installed Portal for ArcGIS and would like to use Collector for ArcGIS with our Portal.

I am having issues connecting to our Portal through Collector. Is there a specific URL I need to enter.

Some Info

• Testing this on an iPad
• I can access the portal on the iPad though the browser
• Using HTTPS
• I have tried the following...
  • https://mysite.com
    • This says: " Portal Not Found"
  • https://mysite.com/arcgis/home
    • This version brings up a Sign In Dialog, but fails when i enter credentials (Unknown Error Has Occurred)

Any ideas?

Yeah i understand. But this happens in ArcGIS Online too.

Try opening a new tab: "https://YOURORG.arcgis.com". You will notice that it adds a /home automatically after. Its the behavior of websites. This issue doesn't happen on Collector with ArcGIS Online because you only add this URL: "https://YOURORG.arcgis.com" and not "https://YOURORG.arcgis.com/home" right?

Try to think of that as you add the Portal URL.
