Operation dashboard settings on portal for ArcGIS is absent.

Hi everone!

somebody knows why dashboard settings is absent on my operation dashboard portal.  (ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1)

FYI, the Dashboard Settings tab was introduced in the ArcGIS Online Dec 2018 update. It is not included in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.6.1 and will be available in the forthcoming ArcGIS Enterprise 10.7 release.
