Network file access via UNC in PopUp Window

Looking to include network based images into Portal app pop-up window (thumbnail and redirect via UNC).

Using UNC path to file but no love in Portal (image does not load/redirect does not work).

Any thoughts? Am I missing something? Can pop-up content include internal network files?

Data sourced from drag 'n drop .csv file.

Hello Douglas,

It looks like using UNC path for configure popups is not supported at this time:

This document is for ArcGIS Online but Portal should be the same.   There are a couple of workarounds provided in the document as well.
