Issue changing the content directory on Portal

Hi,

"I'm in the process of transferring the portal to a new machine. To do this, I've relocated the content folder to a shared folder on another machine. Now, I'm attempting to modify the content directory to 'arcgis/portaladmin/system/directories/content/edit.' However, I've encountered an error. Could someone please assist me with this?"

Additionally I am able to access the folder on the machine with no issue.

Have you set permissions for the windows service account (used by portal) to read/write on the new file share location?
