Is there a setting to stretch screen or to expand columns in My Content table view?

Hi All,

I have notice with our recent upgrade to 11.3, that the table view in My Contents is very squashed and makes it difficult to find the data I'm after. With modern screens, there is a lot of wasted screen realestate that I would like to use to make the table columns wider, or turn off the filters, like we could in 10.7. Is there that option? The whole screen seems to be squished into the middle of the screen...
