Is it possible to change default user role in Portal?

Hi,

We are setting up our Portal and we came across this question... In our Portal, a named user account is automatically created when a new user first visits the site.  By default the new users get the "User" role.  Recently, we created a custom Portal role and we wondered if it was possible to make that the new default role for new users.  Is that possible?

Hi Rick,

Currently in the 10.3.1 release, a default role can be specified for new enterprise users that login via SAML.  This does not apply to any other new users created automatically though.  We have plans in the 10.4 release to allow you to specify this default role that will apply to all new users.
