How to set an Operations Dashboard to open in browser by default

Hi. We have some Operations Dashboards set up and shared on our portal to the Featured Content group so that the thumbnails appear on our home page.

However, when using a desktop windows pc, clicking on the thumbnails immediately initiates a download of the Ops Dashboard application (regardless even of whether it is already installed!).

How could we change it to open in the browser by default even on a PC (which is does on a tablet)?

We are using Portal 10.3.1
