How do I add these colour ramps to arcmap?

I found some colour ramps in at the ESRI Mapping Centre.

I've downloaded them but I'm not sure where or how to add them to arcmap.

ColourRamps3.0 are .style files
Elevation/Bathymetry Colormap is a .clr file.

How do I add these so I can select them in the symbology dropdown menu?

From a blank ArcGIS session.

Click on Customize > Style Manager

From the Style Manager Window select Styles...

Click on Add Style to List... and add your newly downloaded styles.
