Going from angular units to lineal units

Hi there,

I have a raster file which I need to re-project so that the units (now in degrees) will become meters. When I try to do this with the raster re-projection tool, it asks me to define the geographic transformation, even though the datum is the same. Does anyone know which geographic transformation would be right one to use?
The original dataset is in D_WGS_1984, in degrees, and I want to transform this into:

Projection: Transverse_Mercator
false_easting: 2500000.0
false_northing: 10001965.7
central_meridian: -69.0
scale_factor: 1.0
latitude_of_origin: 0.0
Linear Unit: Meter (1.0)

Thanks!
Silvia

Hi Silvia,

I just looked at an Imagine file that said it was WGS 1984 UTM 15 North, but the parameter values of WGS 1984 were incorrect. Try redefining the input raster's coordinate system, then run the Project Raster Tool (the output definition must also be on WGS84).
