Failed to add part 1 to multipart item in Portal

Hi I am publishing the data in ArcGIS Enterprise Portal,  But I am getting the below errors, Can anyone please suggest me the what was the issue. 

Failed to add part 1 to multipart item 'f2294a56ddee4716bb9abfe6d60ac9a7/TestRoom.sd'. Error writing part to key:

Note that , I am publishing point featureclass to Portal - copy feature option

Hi team, 

I got a solution that network team initiated a firewall setting in NAS storage to do not copy the "zip" files in NAS storage, since its rejecting the copy, we are getting the above error.
