ESRI Maps Popup Dialog

When I launch Excel 2010 and click on the ESRI Maps tab I receive the following message:

"Functionality such as the following will not be available due to the configuration of your Portal for ArcGIS.

• Share Map
• Share Layer
• Add Excel Data using the Address Location Type
• Select Features by drawing a rectangle
• Find Near Selection

Hi Chris,

I believe you are receiving this error because your Portal is not federated with ArcGIS Server.  See the following link:

ArcGIS Help (10.2, 10.2.1, and 10.2.2)
