Esri Living Atlas User Deleted

Having some trouble with getting Living Atlas to work in my production environment. It looks as though the esri_livingatlas user has been deleted and all the Living Atlas content owner has been changed to our Portal Admin account. 

Is there anyway to get the esri_livingatlas user back and getting all the content reassigned?

You'll need to try to work with Support through a case on this, there are multiple cautions against modifying the group sharing and ownership settings of those items sprinkled through the documentation and each situation would be slightly different in terms of approach.
