Error 1920.service Portal for ArcGIS (Portal for ArcGIS) Failed to Start during Portal 10.4.1 installation

We are trying upgrade portal for ArcGIS from 10.2 to 10.4.1 during the installation process we are facing the below issue:

"Error 1920.service Portal for ArcGIS (Portal for ArcGIS) Failed to Start. Verify that have sufficient privileges to start system services." and installation process is rolled back after the failure.

It will be helpful if someone can suggest how to resolve this issue

What account are you using to run the Portal service?  Is it an administrator on the machine?
