Hi,
I hope someone will be able to point me in the right direction. I created a help page for my users (I am the administrator of the portal, by the way) and I would like to replace the ArcGIS Portal Help link on the portal with my help page. Please see attachment.
In other words. When my users click on Help I want them to be navigated to my help page rather than the default ESRI page. What should I do, where should I go?
