Hello Esri Community,
We recently upgraded our ArcGIS Enterprise deployment from 11.3 to 11.5 (Portal 11.5.0, Server 11.5.0, Data Store 11.5.0). Since the upgrade, all hosted feature layers publish successfully and appear in Portal for ArcGIS . The Data tab loads correctly and displays attribute tables. However, whenever we click the Visualization tab in Map Viewer for any feature layer—whether newly published or existing—the entire page under the tab header remains blank and never finishes loading. The Page stays blank indefinitely. This happends when I open any Web Map.
Users cannot preview or style any hosted feature layers in Portal’s Map Viewer, severely hindering content management and visualization workflows.
Hi @jorgevalle56gex,
I'm sorry to hear this. Please reach out to tech support so they can start trouble shooting right away.

Our organization is having the same issue after upgrading our ArcGIS Enterprise instance from 11.2 to 11.5. Our troubleshooting identified that certain JavaScript files for the ArcGIS Maps SDK for JavaScript files in the apps/mapviewer folder don't exist after the upgrade. Here are a few of the errors we see in the browser console when loading the map viewer:
Running a repair of the installation of Portal for ArcGIS 11.5 did not resolve the issue. We will be submitting a ticket to support for this issue.
Edit: Clearing the cache in the browser that wasn't loading the webmaps resolved our issue, and the webmaps were able to load correctly.
