We are using ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 with Workflow Manager (the federated version). We can create items in Workflow Manager and see them listed, but they do not open. An animated circle attempts to "spin", but does so very slowly and, in the end, nothing opens. Examining the developer window in Chrome yields a few errors that look like this:
ERROR TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'workflowLocations')
Here is what IS working. The items that are created can be seen as content in Portal for ArcGIS. We can see their metadata, data and field contents, and even load them in a map viewer (albeit they are empty). I have searched the internet and these forums and even contacted Esri support, but we have been unable to fix this issue. Do you have any ideas or fixes to share, or questions to ask us?
