ArcGIS Portal and Geoprocessing Services

Hello,

Anyone form ESRI know, if the ESRI Analysis Services only work with the Service made with the SDE FeatureClass ? Was trying to make a Service with a Query Layer and that don't seem to work. Are there any limitations documented somewhere?

After execution , i see this. But the Query Layer appear to have a correct projection.
