ArcGIS Portal 11.2-Oracle Linux 9.3 "Reindex" only zeroes out the Portal Index

After setting up ArcGIS Portal 11.2 on Oracle Linux 9.3, I encountered a discrepancy in the indexes. Despite attempting the "Reindex" operation, it merely reset the portal index to zero.
Tried /arcgis/portaladmin/system/indexer/reconfigure and the /indexer/status no change with zeros.
Is there any thing I am missing with Linux directories permissions ?
