ArcGIS Portal 11.0 webgisdr utility error on datastoreadmin URL

We are trying to prepare for an upgrade of our Portal 11.0 deployment and tried to run the webgisdr utility. When the utility is run an error occurs stating that the datastoreadmin URL cannot be reached. The odd thing is that the URL shown in the error is not the same as the URL shown in the datastore configuration utility or in any configuration file that I can find. Where is Portal getting this incorrect URL? The URL that is coming up is https://ComputerName:2443/arcgis/datastoreadmin. All configurations show the URL to be https://DomainName:2443/arcgis/datastoreadmin. Any suggestions on where Portal is holding this information and how to correct it?

UPDATE:  Figured out where the ComputerName is coming from; there was an old datastore that was created as a test before the URL was setup and that was causing that issue. I still cannot get the webgisdr utility to get past the datastoreadmin step. After removing the old datastore, the URL is now correct, but the utility says it still cannot access the URL.

Hey @RichCutshaw

This happened with my setup as well, I changed the Computer Name of the machine and everything got really interesting quite quick. When changing the URLs of the machines and relocating them back to Portal, it's generally the best idea to work with ESRI support to get everything sorted. I decided to do it myself, which in the end worked, but ESRI was able to do it to another machine much much faster and safer.

What I assume is happening is Portal/Server is still stuck with the old URL, and is attempting to reference. Again, ESRI Support would be the best to help out if it's that case.

I second Esri Support.

URLs/Machine Names are incredibly important to Enterprise's setup process, and become deeply embedded in the program during the setup process. Changing those at a later point is generally not advisable and definitely not straight-forward.

I'm somewhat concerned that you have a random datastore from times long past. Beyond just webgisdr, I'd also talk to them about that.
