Hello Community users,
I am in need of an Esri experienced Guru which could point me to a Problem as Esri Support after +20 Mails isn't able to come to a solution of its own Product that is Supported.

We are Using Oracle 19.15 with referenced image Services and 10.8.1 Enterprise Version
We are having Problem with SpatialanalysisTools GP Tool.
Problem is 6 months old but we could not always open a ticket because the support can not produce the Problem on their side.
Some times it is functioning and sometimes its just gives a message "The number of features in "Layer" is zero.\" on the same layers. It does not matter if the Geometry is Point or Polygon.
Funny thing is it functions with hosted Feature Service. But as Enterprise Environment with Dataflow and Realtime Infrastructure we DO NOT need such Items.
What helps is when I restart the GP Tool. But it doesn't last long. Also I set up the GP Tool to be Recycled every 1 Hour, was better but did not solve the Problem.
I have rebuild and deleted and created Indexes with ArcGIS Pro 3.1 but did not bring stability.
We used SDE Tracing and checked the Oracle Alert Logs and found no Problem.
Is anyone experiencing such a Problem because we are questioning if this is worth the money it costs.
Also I would like to know what is your experience with Enterprise Product and do you experience such Problems.

Are all patches applied to the deployment?

Can you try publishing a service from ArcGIS Pro v2.7 which references your database? The version of Pro you're using is too new for managing your Enterprise geodatabase (unless it's EGDB version 11.1) and your ArcGIS Enterprise. Please see: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/analysis/geoprocessing/share-analysis/geoprocessing-se...

Hi @A_Wyn_Jones , the Services we use are Published wit 2.6 and now 2.7 (this ArcGIS Pro we have installed on Server Maschine) Version.
GP Tool I can not republish from ArcGIS Pro because it is an Esri Standard Tool.
I am using 3.1 Locally to rebuild Index or build index because it is writing Spatial Index in Oracle as Spatial Index V2.
The 2.x Version is writing the old Spatial Index Version
these are the Patches we do not have installed:
https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2023/portal-for-arcgis-enterprise-sites-security-patc...
https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2023/arcgis-server-map-and-feature-service-security-2...
https://support.esri.com/en-us/patches-updates/2023/arcgis-server-security-2023-update-1-patch
We are still testing this Patches on Dev Environment because we burned our self's with last Esri Patching Cycles were after Patching we weren't able to Print in Portal and this was then resolved after 3 MONTHS.

@GoranGobac Do you have ArcGIS Pro data interoperability extension installed on the Server machine? This can cause conflicts between .Dlls in the backend.

Interesting that it works as expected with hosted feature layers - suggests that your Enterprise deployment is not at fault. What version is the Enterprise geodatabase on oracle?
