Volumetric measurements for ArcGIS Enterprise

Add the functionality of Drone2map volumetric measurements to ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal) and ArcGIS Online for on the fly measurements based on surfaces within a scene and its elevation source and drawn areas.

Yes! I really want to see this directly implemented into the Scene viewer. Also don't treat surface just as plane surface at a fixed height, but rather enable different base options (triangulated between placed vertices, average, lowest, highest or custom to import your own CAD/GIS polygon).
