It was suggested to include this idea on GeoNet during one of the hybrid technical session at ESRI UC 2022.
In order to monitor health of ArcGIS Managed datastore and take proactive measures, it would be very valuable for system admin to get notified when a creator user uploads large file (over 2 gbs) on Portal.
