It would really be nice to allow multiple carousels to display Featured Maps and App. When servicing maps for a large organization with several divisions within it, a carousel for each division is really needed. See example attached.
Thank you for the great idea! The functionality you requested is possible today using Content Blocks in the home page configuration settings. This feature was added in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9. Here is the relevant documentation: Configure home page.
