With each version of ArcGIS Enterprise there is updates/upgrades pointing to Living Atlas content that is shared in the Portal environment.
Currently there is no way to say from 10.9.1 import the latest build/release of content links that exist in 11.
It would be great if tool/script could be provided that will update/upgrade the content to point to the latest references and also retire/deprecate old links/items.
